Mrs. Rosa Iturriaga serves as the Director of Business Administration at RCA, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership and organizational management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in International Business and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Mrs. Iturriaga homeschooled her two older children through high school graduation, both of whom graduated with honors. This experience strengthened her belief that education should be intentional, purpose-driven, and focused on nurturing each child’s God-given potential. Passionate about education, she often emphasizes the clear distinction between educating and merely schooling.

Beyond her academic and professional accomplishments, Mrs. Iturriaga has been actively involved in ministry and family development. She and her husband of 29 years, Max Iturriaga, led a Youth Ministry for a decade, creating a supportive environment for young people to grow in faith and character. She also served in the Marriage Ministry for four years, demonstrating a commitment to building strong, Christ-centered relationships.

Currently, Mrs. Iturriaga and her husband open their home twice a month for prayer nights dedicated to RCA teachers and staff. They faithfully attend Revelation Church, where they have served since July 2020.

Her love for the Lord is evident in every aspect of her life, and her God-given gifts are reflected in her service. As RCA’s Director of Business Administration, Mrs. Iturriaga exemplifies effective leadership through her detail-oriented approach, unwavering faith, and dedication to nurturing the hearts and minds of our students.
