Mrs. Rosa Iturriaga

Mrs. Rosa Iturriaga serves as the Dean of Operations & Student Life at Revelation Christian Academy, providing strategic leadership that supports school operations, student life, admissions and enrollment, and academic initiatives. Working alongside the Head of School, she helps ensure that the academy’s mission is reflected in the daily experience of students, families, and faculty.

Mrs. Iturriaga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in International Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She brings together educational experience, executive leadership, and a deep commitment to Christ-centered preparatory education.

For more than a decade, Mrs. Iturriaga homeschooled her children through high school graduation, both graduating with honors, while actively participating in homeschool cooperative programs. These years strengthened her conviction that education should be intentional, individualized, and firmly rooted in Biblical truth, developing in students a lifelong love for learning.

Since joining Revelation Christian Academy in 2023, Mrs. Iturriaga has played an integral role in strengthening school operations, supporting the accreditation process, refining policies and procedures, and helping guide the academy’s continued growth. She also provides academic leadership for the Primary Grades through curriculum support, teacher development, and alignment with the academy’s vision and mission.

Mrs. Iturriaga and her husband, Max, have been married for 30 years and have faithfully served together in ministry, including leading youth ministry for ten years and marriage ministry for five years. Today, they continue investing in the RCA community by opening their home twice each month for prayer gatherings with faculty and staff.

Mrs. Iturriaga believes every aspect of school life, from academics and operations to relationships and school culture, should point students toward Christ. She considers it both a calling and a privilege to serve the students, families, and faculty of Revelation Christian Academy as they prepare the next generation to lead with wisdom, serve with humility, and influence the world for the glory of God.
